When the latest Cangiano generation took over this space on Madison Ave, few bones were in any condition to remain other than pine flooring and a single brick wall. The interior and exterior were restored where possible, and where not, was renovated using reclaimed materials, due to a desire to be as eco friendly as possible.

Tre Otto sources produce from local vendors who practice sustainable growing methods

The flooring, metals, woodwork, and glass were recycled from sources scattered throughout the country. And in keeping with a committment to a low carbon footprint, Tre Otto is sourcing produce from local vendors who practice sustainable growing methods. Recycled paper products that are kind to our environment also play a dominant role at Tre Otto.
